Ways to Pamper Yourself That Will Make You Feel Beautiful Inside and Out

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or so they say. But truthfully, beauty begins on the inside. And how you feel about yourself, both inside and out, projects onto how the world around you sees you. If you can feel beautiful and positive about yourself internally, then that positive energy will translate onto your face, into your walk, through your eyes and your smile, and you can freely and truly feel beautiful and positive externally.

Get a haircut. Tired of the same old look? Need to spark a change and shake things up? Start with a simple trim or whole new do. It doesn't have to be from somewhere expensive and it doesn't have to be an outrageously new style. But changing up the daily do is the simplest and most cost effective way of creating something new without having to go out of your way. And who doesn't feel great about themselves after getting a nice, brand new cut? You begin to see yourself in new ways and find different, new things to love about the way you look.

Buy a new outfit. Spice up the wardrobe a little and take a risk, buy something you wouldn't normally wear. Try it on first, of course, and pick something out that accents a part of your body you aren't used to showing off. Like with a new haircut, a new sense of style can lend you a new lens to view yourself through, and you just might end up finding a better way to style yourself that makes you appreciate your natural beauty even more.

Enjoy a manicure or pedicure. Sometimes the smallest luxuries can have the biggest pay offs. Pamper yourself with a simple and cheap mani or pedi. This is a great way of getting back in touch with that long lost feminine side of yourself and make you feel like a girl again. We often get too busy to indulge ourselves with these simple pleasures, but taking the time out to spoil yourself will ease your mind and stress levels and take you away from the hustle and bustle of the real world.

Get dolled up and take yourself on a date. Why not? Even if you have a partner, if they're too busy to take you out, take yourself out. Getting all fixed up will remind you of how truly beautiful you are, and you'll begin to feel more beautiful on the inside as you doll up the outside. And taking yourself out to your favorite restaurant or to catch a movie will reinforce your solidarity and independence as an individual, making you feel more whole and complete, and again, more beautiful on the inside.

Take a dance class. Even if you can't dance, try it out. You'll start moving parts of your body in ways you never thought imaginable. Not to mention, dancing is the most fun way to work out your body and your mind. And it's one of the most self-satisfying feelings when you're able to perfect a particular move or routine. Just let loose and enjoy yourself, making sure not to take yourself too seriously and spoil the fun of the experience. And before you know it, you'll be salsa-ing your way to a better body and a more beautiful frame of mind.

Lastly, make a list of what you love most about yourself. It's easy to find and point out the things we don't like about ourselves or things we wish we could change. But it's much harder to find those things we love most about ourselves. Jot down a few things you like most about yourself that make you, you. It can be anything from your fingernails to the color of your hair to the way you make others laugh. Nonetheless, keep this list with you and look at it every time you feel low. This note will constantly remind you of what makes you feel beautiful about yourself both inside and out.

    Buy yourself something pretty. I'm a fan of jewelry and flowers. No, it doesn't have to be especially pricey. You can find a bouquet of flowers at the grocery store for under Rs 5. And, "fashion jewelry" may seem trendy, but if you think it's pretty...go for it!

    A smooth skin can be obtained by using a scrub regularly.
    A scrub of ground coffee is very effective also for oily skin. Yes I use it every week and I am amazed by the softness and glow of the skin after the coffee scrub.
    An other nice scrub is a
    Mix of Avocado with some drops of fresh Lemon-juice (fresh orange juice is a - milder- option) and sugar, preferable unrefined sugar.
    This mixture can also be used as mask, very effective.!
