Cultivate that inner beauty with better mental health

Physical charm and beauty are not permanent however much one tries to preserve them. But a better mental health not only helps one to maintain physical charm but also keeps one cheerful & optimistic, which enables one to live life to the fullest. Given below are a few hints to cultivate that inner beauty.

The ache of acne (pimples)

Acne is often the bane of a pretty face. It is painful more emotionally than physically, for the scar that it leaves behind can last for a lifetime, adding to one’s miserable look & feeling. No doubt many expensive skin care clinics have mushroomed in ever nook & corner, offering to clear all the scars & blemishes on the face, but they are very expensive & charge exorbitant price for each sitting; not everyone can afford them. So why not try out this simple skin care regimen to minimize the damage caused by acne & as far as possible prevent its eruption.

Some quick tips for your eyes only

1) Leave your eyebrow pencil in the refrigerator overnight and it will sharpen easily. 2) For scanty eyebrows add a few drops of glycerine to a little castor oil and apply I it on the eyebrows. Leave it overnight. It will take about 6 weeks for improvement. 3) Apply a little Vaseline on your eyelids to obtain a luminous look. The oil will also prevent eyelids from drying and will help lashes to grow.

Hand and Nail Care

Hands are the most visible parts of you, but they also take a lot of abuse. You use them in everyday activity, and yet, they are the ultimate accessories. You must give them the same attention you give your face. Hand Care: * While washing hands use luke warm water & a mild soap. * Apply any baby oil or lotion to your hands before going to bed. * Massage your hands with curds or Vaseline at least twice a week.

How to make your hair your crowning glory?

Hair is one of the features that enhances a woman’s beauty. Beautiful hair adds volumes to the overall look or personality. Very few people are born with real good hair. And even if they are, then also there is no guarantee of always having it unless you take proper care. Here are some of the tips which I have extracted: 1) Take a good nutritious diet rich in proteins and vitamins. Do specific yogasanas like Shirsasana, mayurasana etc. that promote the blood flow towards the scalp & nourish the hair to stimulate hair growth. Without nutritious food, proper exercise & a good sleep, all the hair products in the world can’t give you the look of healthy hair.

Simple ways of acquiring a clear & blemish free skin

It is not necessary to go to expensive beauty parlours or buy expensive creams and lotions to acquire a blemish free & clear complexion. A few homemade remedies are provided below which will serve the purpose equally well. Hope this will benefit the readers. 1. Always wash your face with mild soap so that the pores breathe fresh air. For a clear and attractive skin mix besan, turmeric (haldi), lemon and milk together. Make a paste. Apply it on the face. Let it dry. Wash with clean water. Wipe your face with a soft towel and pat it dry.
