Skin renewal process gets more active at nighttime. Night creams are specially designed to benefit the most at nighttime. You should apply night cream daily to set off the damage done by the makeup, sunrays and air pollution. People with dry and very dry skin are specially advised to use night creams to provide much required moisture. You can choose night cream according to your skin.

Using a night cream is essential to maintain the skins fresh look as well as aiding skin repair during the sleeping process. Night creams work their magic while you sleep, and you shouldn’t even think about going to bed without removing all traces of dirt and make-up and applying a good night cream.

It depends entirely on the individual and what your hair is like to begin with. I've tried all sorts of conditioners, some very expensive, and have ended up going back to Herbal Essenses! Everyone reacts differently, so the best one is the one that works best for you. And the expensive ones aren't always better than the well known brands.
