Delayed periods or Irregular menstrual periods have become very common these days for a lot of women in their reproductive age and they suffer great agonies when their period does not come on time. A delay of 4-5 days may be fine but if it exceeds 8 days, then it's certainly a cause for concern. In this post, I'll be sharing highly effective Indian home remedies for your delayed periods . I'd been a long sufferer of irregular periods during my teenage to early twenties. I've tried most of the recipes here, along with Kapalabhati pranayama, yoga poses, mudras and other lifestyle habits. Now my periods are extremely regular like clockwork; not a day less or more than 28. When I look back, I'm surprised how I managed those years of anxiety and fear about my late periods.
What a smart product. Great touch-up for those pesky gray hairs. I am posting you on my blog's weekend reads.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
ReplyDeleteAhhh...you have to wet it first!! No wonder the stupid thing wasn't depositing any color. Off to try it again.
ReplyDeleteShould be interesting to try.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't like to paint, consider shaving your head.
ReplyDeleteAnother way of avoiding white hair is by eating fish. Fish contains a phosphorus which strengthens hair from falling. White hair basically appears after the black hair has fallen off. But fish will not always help, but it will surely reduce the number of white hairs which are bound to come.

The directions are easy: simply pull off the cap, twist the bottom to expose the coloring stick, moisten the top and spread over your hair as needed, then re-wet the stick if necessary.
ReplyDeleteIt is a cheap and easy solution for my follicle woes.
ReplyDeleteHide gray roots without using hair color; instead, use other types of make-up. If you have dark hair, consider using mascara (swipe the wand over the roots and let dry). Eye liner and brow pencils work well too. You can also purchase root touch up sticks designed specifically for grey hair. While there have been many positive reviews of Oscar Blandi's Pronto Colore Root Touch Up and Highlighting Pen, I found it too thick, it didn't match my hair color, and it drew more attention to my roots. Color Mark is a temporary liquid hair color as well-
ReplyDeleteInteresting ideas!
ReplyDeleteBe careful with touch up sticks and make-up. If it is raining or your hair becomes wet, the make-up may run and streak down your face.
ReplyDeleteThere is only one other solution that I can think of and that is hair transplants. It is quite expensive, I've heard, but you would avoid dyes.
ReplyDeleteA perfect solution when you dont want to dye them , just colour cover ...perfect
