Swimming in the cool waters of the pool or paddling through the sea waves is a great way to unwind after a hectic weekend, but it doesn't do any good to your pretty curls. So if your naturally curly hair looks battered & frizzy after a swim, it's high time you did something for it.
After your swimming session, squeeze out excess water and apply a silicone-based hair serum like Zero Frizz Corrective Hair Serum, SPECIAL EFFECTS Psycho Silicone Smoothing Polish, Maxius The End-Silicone Shine Enhancer or Ken Paves Healthy Hair Shine Serum. The silicone locks in the moisture, producing defined ringlets, but blocks out wind and heat, which cause frizz.

If you have a bit of a curl in your hair and it dries without you combing it while you are at the beach, thats why you are getting the waves. You might consider having a very large rod perm. And every time you wash it comb it in the shower after conditioning and then wrap you hair in a towel without rubbing it. Then take your hair down and finger comb it and leave it alone until it dries.....it will work.
ReplyDeleteUse a scrunching spray on clean, damp hair, such as fekkai found at sephora or sephora.com. Or run out to your local drug store or grocery store and purchase a curl enhancing gel and wave spray. After washing and combing your hair through, use the gel and spray and scrunch hair up toward the roots until your hair is nearly dry. Then set it with a light/flexible hairspray.
ReplyDeleteNothing compliments wavy, beachy-looking hair like a pretty silk flower hair clip. I
well you could buy different hair sprays like aussie has something called sprunch spray
ReplyDeletejohn frieda has a spray called beach blonde but you dont need to be blonde to use it , its just the name
or you could make the following spray its homeade i made it recently but havent gotten the chance to use it so you could experitmment if you want too.
you will need the following ingredients:
SEA salt
water
leave in conditioner
spray bottle
fill bottle with desired amount of water
put in 2 teaspoons of the salt
put in a few sprays of leave in conditoner
shake
put like mousse or hairspray all over your hair.
ReplyDeletethen section your hair in fours.
now, grab each section and part it even more so when you curl that part is not a bunch of hair.
leave it be, but once you're done with every section you just run your fingers through you're hair and you'll have perfect beach waves. :)
Get a bottle, fill it up with water, add some salt, and spray it into your hair. Then braid it in two big pigtails and leave it there for 20 minutes. Let it out and beachy waves :D it'll even smell like it, too! good luck!
ReplyDelete1st run some fresh tap water in your hair(make sure it is soaked)
ReplyDelete2nd put some leace in conditioner in your hair.
3rd do pinktail braids, use ruberbands, and make your braid as tight as possible
all done
its hard to explain but using straighteners works
ReplyDeletejust straighten from the top and curl them round towards the bottom or if you want riglets start from the top
you need good straighteners tho like ghds or something
