HOW CAN I MAKE A BODY EXFOLIATING SCRUB WITH PAPAYA SEEDS, SUGAR AND HONEY?

      ReplyDelete
    3. Put equal parts of each and then add some liquid oil so that it is not so sticky. :)

    4. If you have a food processor, you could try putting the papaya seeds in and grinding them down to a medium/fine consistency. Then add the honey and the sugar. Make sure to add the honey first and mix that together, then add the sugar and try not to mix it too much because you'll want the sugar to be in big pieces (I know sugar isn't that big to begin with, but mixing it could make the sugar granules break down into smaller pieces and you want the granules to be big enough that it will exfoliate your skin, if that makes sense). Then, slather it onto your skin with a circular motion and after you've exfoliated, you can just rinse it off.

Salt scrubs are generally the best because they have oil in them to give an extra layer of moisture. I found the Africa Spa Salt Scrub at The Body Shop that works amazing because it is packed with Shea Butter. It is super moisturizing!

      TO GET PERFECT SKIN
The trick is to vigorously massage using pure, natural oils. They are noncomedogenic so do not clog or cause breakouts or make skin oily. Extra virgin olive, coconut and sweet almond oils are good
So as not to pull/stretch skin, first tighten by opening mouth 3/4" and pulling lips FIRMLY back against teeth. Do quite a fast forward and back massage - a circular one will not work. For quickest results do each day for 15 min.(Doesn't have to be all in one session).
Works on nose also though it is slower working.. I had a mass of nose blackheads and they completely cleared in about 8 days

I have just been rubbing my face and neck with the ridges of my fingers and hands. It has made a HUGE difference in my complexion after just one night. ...... my skin looks so much tighter and i no longer have bags under my eyes! Thank you so much for your post, I have been suffering with acne and under-eye circles since i was young.
It's vitally important to stop using skin harming and skin sickening toxic laden cosmetic and skin care products. Skin is prematurely aged and wrinkled by them. See "Skin Deep Database: A Feelgood Resource". You will be shocked at how harmful, even hazardous, they are. You can search the Database for others that are safer or only minimally harming ones.

    Aspirin for acne-prone skin

Aspirin has been around for a long time and its health benefits are wide and varied. Aspirin , or acetylsalicylic acid is a salicylate drug, often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains , as an antipyretic to reduce fever , and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Aspirin's greatest benefit is reducing cardiovascular events including heart attacks and strokes. Highly Effective Indian Home remedies For Delayed Periods

Delayed periods or Irregular menstrual periods have become very common these days for a lot of women in their reproductive age and they suffer great agonies when their period does not come on time. A delay of 4-5 days may be fine but if it exceeds 8 days, then it's certainly a cause for concern. In this post, I'll be sharing highly effective Indian home remedies for your delayed periods . I'd been a long sufferer of irregular periods during my teenage to early twenties. I've tried most of the recipes here, along with Kapalabhati pranayama, yoga poses, mudras and other lifestyle habits. Now my periods are extremely regular like clockwork; not a day less or more than 28. When I look back, I'm surprised how I managed those years of anxiety and fear about my late periods.

    Home remedies for sleeplessness

The day dawns beautifully for those who have had a night of good sleep. But the same day drags on for those who have spent a disturbing, sleepless night. Sleep is a biological necessity even as eating and drinking are. Sufficient sleep renders a person normally sociable, lively and high-spirited. It’s a nature’s way of rejuvenating the person for the next day. Realize all this, and make sleep a physiological habit. The consequences of long time sleep deprivation can be very grave. Lack of sleep takes its toll on the skin and hair. It causes acne-breakouts and makes one look aged and haggard beyond years. Experts opine that during sleep as our metabolic rate falls, blood goes to those areas which need the most repairing. This also steps up the production of collagen and keratin, which aid the regeneration of skin cells and help resist premature ageing. So for a younger looking and a problem free skin you need to have a good quality of sleep every night.
