ReplyDeleteI have always used vitamin E for my nails and they are as hard as they can get - they don't brittle and my cuticles are also very smooth. If you go to a natural products store, you can find the oil in small bottles. Just massage your nails and cuticles with it twice a day and you will see a great difference in less a month

I find that my nails become much more brittle during the winter. I use an aloe vera based hand and nail cream, taking the time to rub small amounts of lotion into my cuticles and nails.
