Mexican Beauty Tip for hair growth

Thinning hair is an issue faced by most women. Every woman desires to have thick, luscious locks and does shower lavish attention on it. That's why any recipe or potion that claims to promote hair growth stirs enough interest. Some recipes do work, while others do not but that doesn't stop us from experimenting with various ingredients and products. But in spite of  fussing over it so much, scalp hair doesn't quite respond well.
I often wonder why is it that hair in places like arms, legs, armpits or sometimes on the chin or upper lips grows abundantly even though you subject it to worst forms of torture (read waxing, tweezing, laser treatment etc.). The repeated hair-pulling action or traction aloepecia  caused by waxing, threading and tweezing is supposed to decelerate its growth but that never happens quickly. It's a sluggish process that might take several years for you to notice even an iota of difference. Even laser treatments, that claim to remove hair permanently aren't all that effective. After a few months or so, that is after one completes all the sittings (sessions), the hair does grow back - many who have undergone this treatment testify to this and are disappointed for having spent a bomb on this procedure only to get their hair back (pun intended). Looks like superfluous hair follicles are made of sterner stuff and don't budge easily.

You can compare unwanted hair to garden weeds that grow out of control whereas hair on your head are just like those rare herbs, dainty and delicate that don't grow easily.

hair care tips
Now coming to this DIY beauty tip from Mexico, that can work wonders on your hair. You have to finely chop one jalapeno pepper and marinate it in half a cup of vodka for several days. Then every night, you have to massage a small amount of this tonic into the scalp. Mexican women swear that it stimulates hair growth and prevents thinning of your tresses. So try it and see if it works for you!

Good nutrition. Your body will sacrifice hair nails and skin health if you are malnourished.
Take a multivitamin/multimineral supplement every day. Also take a biotin supplement daily.

I was going to say scalp massage.I would suggest stimulating the scalp, by massaging when you wash your hair. make sure the ends are trimmed regularly to prevent split ends so your hair grows healthily.

Regular massaging of the scalp with coconut oil and herbal application improves the circulation of blood to the scalp and promotes hair growth.

Beer is good for your hair, it's the yeast in the beer or wash your hair with vinegar.
You're better off eating garlic and onions and not for hair and scalp applications.
