If the face is the window to the soul, what is yours telling the rest of the world? Chances are, a face full of wrinkles is not delivering the message you intended. Life can have many stressful moments, aging your appearance over time. Sun bathing, smoking and even smiling can lead to wrinkles. Follow these tips to exercise your facial muscles and keep your skin tightened and flawless.

Eyes are the first feature most people notice, so keep them looking bright and free of pesky crow's feet. These exercises are designed to help banish them from existence. First, press your index and middle fingers on both temples while quickly blinking. Do this 5 to 10 times. Next, open your eyes wide and lift your eyebrows. Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat it several times.

The skin around the neck is one of the most obvious places on your face that gives in to gravity. Tightening these muscles eliminates a double chin and results in a noticeably younger appearance. To start, sit up straight in a chair, facing forward. Alternate turning your head to the right and left, holding the pose for 5 seconds each time. Do this stretch 5 times on both sides. Next, drop your jaw and push it forward, keeping your lips closed. Count to 10, and repeat the exercise 5 times. Another great neck stretch involves tilting your head back while sitting, and pretending to chew on food. Again, keep your lips comfortably closed for the same amount of repetitions as before.

Frowning is an inevitable part of life, but hopefully these moments are countered with even more laughter. Unfortunately, both expressions can result in forehead lines. While on your bed, tilt your head back over the edge and simply open your eyes wide. Repeat at least 10 times. Next, sit up and use your hands to move your eyebrows down over your eyes. Scrunch your nose to tighten the forehead muscles and count to 10.

Another facial toner for the area around your lips will remove any fine lines you might have from a previous smoking habit. Start by sucking on your finger, keeping your lips as tight as possible. Do this for 10 seconds, then slowly remove the finger. To keep your lips plump, pucker up and make a kissing motion with your lips, lifting them toward your nose and holding the pose for 10 seconds. Repeat several times.

Facial exercises have many benefits apart from tightening and toning. By performing these daily routines, you will increase blood flow to your face and nearby areas. Improved circulation removes toxins and other skin damaging particles from your body. These stretches can also be relaxing stress reducing. An advantage of facial exercises is that you can perform them anywhere anytime. It is easy to keep your face looking young while at work, home or waiting at a red light.

  1. Both expressions can result in forehead lines and that's really true. Anyway, you can never avoid having them even if you apply anything on your face.

Aspirin for acne-prone skin

Aspirin has been around for a long time and its health benefits are wide and varied. Aspirin , or acetylsalicylic acid is a salicylate drug, often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains , as an antipyretic to reduce fever , and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Aspirin's greatest benefit is reducing cardiovascular events including heart attacks and strokes. According to the American Heart Assoc. virtually all women are at risk of heart disease and doctors should more strongly consider prescribing a daily aspirin for their female patients. There is growing evidence to suggest regular aspirin use may reduce cancer and dementia as well. Investigators from the Women's Health Study have reported important new findings demonstrating that aspirin reduces the risk of a first stroke in women. When given to someone immediately after a heart attack, aspirin decreases death by 25%.
