How to Find Your True Bra Size for a Perfect Look and Fit

One of the things that makes being a woman so special is our voluptuous shapes. Yet, ironically, almost 90 percent of us never even get to see what our figure, at its peak, even looks like because we're wearing an ill-fitted bra. You know, you can have some of the best designer clothes on the block, but if your foundation (your bra) doesn't look right under them, you're not showing the world your best potential.

Although the majority of us don't make the time to correct this grave error, the good news is that it's a relatively easy fashion mistake to fix. All you need to do is apply the following five steps and you'll be a woman with an accurate-looking figure with (probably) a longer-looking waistline to match in no time.

Get fitted. By this, we do not mean, go to a department store, try a bra on and if you're not in pain and it's on sale, buy it. No, by this we mean, go to a store like Victoria's Secret or the lingerie section of a department store and have a professional measure you to tell you the inches around your rib cage along with your right cup size.

Try some on. Once you know your actual size, there's a whole new world of possibilities for you. So, make some time to try on a few different bras when it comes to the style and material to see which ones feel the most comfortable on your body and are the most practical for your lifestyle (and the kinds of clothes that are within your closet). For instance, if you to tend to wear a lot of suits, you might be able to get away with some lacey bras better than if your work uniform consists of crisp white shirts or cotton T-shirts (then you'll need a solid-colored, smooth cup one).

Jump around. When you go to the store to try on a pair of shoes, what do you tend to do? You walk around in them, right? The equivalent for this with a bra would be to do things like jumping in place, bending over and touching your toes (or knees, if that is easier) and twisting from side-to-side to ensure that there are no gaps. Your bra should move with your body. If it's not doing that, it's not the right one.

Make sure it all stays in. A well-fit bra is not going to have a muffin top (breast tissue hanging from the top), it's not going to dig into your shoulders nor is it going to create a lot of back fat. If you put on a bra and you notice any of these three things, you definitely need to try on a few more.

Do some "headlight" control. Bras shouldn't just be used for support but also, honestly, nipple protection as well. There is nothing more embarrassing than being out somewhere, the temperature being a bit chilly and everyone knowing it because your "headlights" are on. So, even if you are on the bustier side, whether you select some Bali Bras at Bare Necessities or you go to a customized bra shop in town, make sure that they have a little bit of padding in them. You'll be so glad that you did.

Only take your measurements while you are wearing a non-padded underwire bra.

Aspirin has been around for a long time and its health benefits are wide and varied. Highly Effective Indian Home remedies For Delayed Periods

Delayed periods or Irregular menstrual periods have become very common these days for a lot of women in their reproductive age and they suffer great agonies when their period does not come on time. A delay of 4-5 days may be fine but if it exceeds 8 days, then it's certainly a cause for concern. In this post, I'll be sharing highly effective Indian home remedies for your delayed periods . I'd been a long sufferer of irregular periods during my teenage to early twenties. I've tried most of the recipes here, along with Kapalabhati pranayama, yoga poses, mudras and other lifestyle habits. Now my periods are extremely regular like clockwork; not a day less or more than 28. When I look back, I'm surprised how I managed those years of anxiety and fear about my late periods.

Home remedies for sleeplessness

The day dawns beautifully for those who have had a night of good sleep. But the same day drags on for those who have spent a disturbing, sleepless night. Sleep is a biological necessity even as eating and drinking are. Sufficient sleep renders a person normally sociable, lively and high-spirited. It’s a nature’s way of rejuvenating the person for the next day. Realize all this, and make sleep a physiological habit. The consequences of long time sleep deprivation can be very grave. Lack of sleep takes its toll on the skin and hair. It causes acne-breakouts and makes one look aged and haggard beyond years. Experts opine that during sleep as our metabolic rate falls, blood goes to those areas which need the most repairing. This also steps up the production of collagen and keratin, which aid the regeneration of skin cells and help resist premature ageing. So for a younger looking and a problem free skin you need to have a good quality of sleep every night.
