Five Ways to Have Fun Staying Healthy

We all know that we should take vitamins, eat healthy diets and exercise regularly if we want to stay healthy. While these are all great tips that work, they can be boring, to put it mildly. Luckily, if you're tired of the same old ways of staying healthy and keeping fit, there are fun ways that you can accomplish both. If you're looking for alternative ways to keep your body, and your health, in shape, here they are:

1.Make Out
You may not have thought of making out as being able to keep you healthy, but it can. If you've ever needed an excuse to grab someone and have an hours-long make-out session, you've found it: your health! Assuming that the object of your affections is free of disease, kissing your partner can help keep you healthy all year long. When you make-out, you exchange bacteria and, eventually, this bacteria builds up in your body, helping to strengthen your immune system. If you don't feel like popping a daily vitamin, try to get in a daily make-out session instead.

2.Drink Your Joe
Any hot fluid will work, but if you have been looking for an excuse to support your coffee habit, tell your concerned friends that you are flushing out viruses. When you drink a hot liquid like coffee, viruses collected in your throat are flushed into your stomach. Viruses are unable to get a firm grasp in your stomach and, having no place to thrive and multiply, are harmlessly expelled from your body.

3.Exercise Differently
If running to nowhere on a treadmill just isn't your thing, look for alternative forms of exercise to help your body stay fit and healthy. The thing to keep in mind is that you don't have to exercise for hours at a time; you just have to move more. Instead of taking the elevator, walk up the steps. If you're feeling particularly energetic, turn around, walk down and walk up again. If you normally drive two blocks to the corner store, walk, ride your bike or strap on your skate shoes. If you're feeling frisky, grab your partner and have a roll in the hay. Look for fun ways to move more and you'll get all of the exercise you need.

4.Sing
According to Dr. Laurie Axelrod from The Center for Natural Healing in Phoenix, Arizona, singing can be a great way to stay healthy. While you may not be American Idol material, no one has to know that you shriek your favorite songs while cleaning the house. Singing at the top of your lungs increases the flow of oxygen through your body. This increased oxygen flow helps boost your immune system and even helps brighten your skin. The next time you're cleaning the house, taking a shower or doing a bit of interior decorating, plug in your iPod, crank it up and shout along.

5.Eat, and Eat Often
One of the fastest ways to ruin your metabolism is to start skipping meals. When you start skipping meals, your body goes into starvation mode and slows down your metabolism. The average adult should eat at least five small meals per day. Eating in this way will keep your engine running, your mood at an even level and your immune system humming along.

You don't have to drink hundreds of glasses of water, jog thousands of miles a week or eat salad for the rest of your life to stay healthy and fit. Use the five ideas above and then come up with some of your own. Staying fit doesn't have to be boring; liven up your routine and you may be surprised at how much fun being healthy can be.

The ache of acne (pimples)

Acne is often the bane of a pretty face. It is painful more emotionally than physically, for the scar that it leaves behind can last for a lifetime, adding to one’s miserable look & feeling. No doubt many expensive skin care clinics have mushroomed in ever nook & corner, offering to clear all the scars & blemishes on the face, but they are very expensive & charge exorbitant price for each sitting; not everyone can afford them. Aspirin for acne-prone skin

Aspirin has been around for a long time and its health benefits are wide and varied. Aspirin , or acetylsalicylic acid is a salicylate drug, often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains , as an antipyretic to reduce fever , and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Aspirin's greatest benefit is reducing cardiovascular events including heart attacks and strokes. According to the American Heart Assoc. virtually all women are at risk of heart disease and doctors should more strongly consider prescribing a daily aspirin for their female patients. There is growing evidence to suggest regular aspirin use may reduce cancer and dementia as well. Investigators from the Women's Health Study have reported important new findings demonstrating that aspirin reduces the risk of a first stroke in women. When given to someone immediately after a heart attack, aspirin decreases death by 25%.
