Avoid foods that lower testosterone level and those that increase oestrogen level

Usually man boobs are a result of hormonal imbalance rather than overall increase in excess body fat. As such, try as much and avoid foods that are likely to up your oestrogen level and lower your testosterone level.

Especially avoid foods that have phytoestrogens (in layman's language, these are female hormones naturally available in food). Foods high in phytoestrogens include soybean, soy products, eggs, dates, potatoes, and carrots.

Increase testosterone levels and inhibit oestrogen levels by including  cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, radishes, turnips, along with onions, citrus fruits& pineapples.

You should also avoid processed, pre-packaged foods and the ones stored in plastic containers, as certain studies have found that these might contribute to man boobs.

 

Watch out for what you are putting on your skin or hair

A teen who is using tea tree oil as topical application for acne or a lavender oil based anti-dandruff shampoo also needs to exercise caution.

A study has found that products containing lavender oil and/or tea tree oil may cause prepubertal gynecomastia, a rare condition resulting in enlarged breast tissue in boys prior to puberty. 

 

Cut out alcohol

Unfortunately, alcohol is laden with calories, so why not cut it out altogether? Go teetotal for a while and see if this has an effect on your chest.

If you don’t feel like giving it up altogether, try limiting your alcohol intake to several units a week or only drink at weekends.

Have a soft drink in between anything stronger and avoid getting extremely drunk, as this could tempt you to eat unhealthy food such as kebabs or chips.

  2. Exercise and diet. Man boobs are fat deposits and the only way to reduce fat is diet and excercise, you can't target train or tone, you have to work on losing fat all over and the man boobs will go away. Unless they are actual breast tissue, then you need to see a doctor

    Breast tissue in men is caused by a hormone imbalance. Hormone imbalances are most commonly caused by diet stress. A lot of the food we eat is pumped full of preservatives and hormones, particularly estrogen. Try cutting down on your sugar intake; it's probably the main problem. You should ask your doctor about low-dose testosterone patches as well because you need more testosterone. But talk to your doctor about it before getting any supplements on your own or anything. Introducing too much testosterone to your system at once can be very bad so make sure you do it safely.

I Tried a Headache Balm and Ended Up with Rashes

I do have this habit of slathering pain balms whenever I have a headache. But never did I get a skin reaction or rashes from it. It so happened that I had an extremely severe headache a few months ago.  The pain was so unbearable that I gingerly reached out for a pain balm kept on my bedside table and kept on slathering it repeatedly all over the temples of my forehead.
