5 Health Problems, Hypnotherapy Can Cure

Most of the diseases are connected to a more or less strong emotional component, with unconscious conflicts or uncontrolled experiences. The causes lie often far in the past and are not accessible to you. To cure these health problems, access is necessary to facilitate direct communication with the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy offers a pathway to very low-lying causes of a problem or a particular disease in shortest time and recovers from it, even though the problems exist for very long time and have proved to be resistant to treatment. Here we will talk about some of the major health problems, which can be cured through hypnotherapy:

Hypnotherapy Cure
1. Insomnia:
Hypnotherapy is one of the best ways to treat chronic insomnia. By going through a series of exercises in hypnotherapy, you adopt natural ways to cure insomnia and are able to enjoy a good night sleep. While improving the sleeping habits through hypnotherapy, we learn a lot of things that we should know we have, but forget that our body have, or we fail to practice, like proper sleeping habits and different things that have negative effect on us, like taking food just before bedtime, drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes; good habits include sleeping and waking up at about the same time every day, a hot bath for an hour and a half before bedtime, and avoiding certain foods before bedtime. Hypnotherapy helps us in returning to good night rest without the use of sleeping pills because with use of sleeping pills, especially when on a regular basis, your body loses its natural ability to sleep.

2. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS):
According to a study, conducted in Sahlgrenska Academy at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, which involved 346 patients, hypnotherapy could be a very effective treatment for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Around 15% of the Swedish people have irritable bowel syndrome.  The symptoms include discomfort as abdominal pain, disturbed behavior and intestinal bloating. Patients with mild form of this disease are advised few lifestyle changes and drug treatment, but with patients having severe form of the syndrome, this treatment usually does not help. Researchers at Sangrelskoy Academy have proved that hypnotherapy treatment gives long-lasting effect even with the most severe form of IBS. The study results were published in the "American Journal of Gastroenterology". The study showed that in 40% of the participants of the experiment, there was a noticeable relief of symptoms. According to another study, which was published in the journal "Scandinavian Journal of Gastroenterology", the researchers observed the health of 208 patients who completed their course of hypnotherapy. The researchers found that 85% of them felt improvement in their condition in seven years after hypnotherapy treatment method.

3. Chronic pains:
Hypnotherapy is effective in dealing with many forms of pain; it is used for irritable bowel syndrome, sciatica, spinal stenosis, burns, pain in the joints and some other injuries and illnesses. The main objective of this method is to change the way a person perceives the pain, thus reducing its sensitivity to them. You can achieve the desired effect through specific techniques used separately or complex, depending on the individual circumstances and the area of specialization of your therapist. To improve the results, apart from the usual techniques (suggestion, analytical hypnotherapy and visualization) psychotherapeutic techniques can also be applied. Additionally, many hypnotherapists are advised to use self-hypnosis. They can impart some skills to you that will help you in coping with the pain in everyday life, when hypnosis course comes to an end.

4. Obesity:
Irresistible craving for food has become reality for many Americans, who moved to hypnotherapy to get rid of extra body fat reserves. Two-third population of America is overweight or obese; again, there is hope for recovering through hypnotherapy. In recent years hypnotherapy has become popular method and is increasingly being used for treatment of various diseases and suffering from pain and ending addiction to tobacco and consuming heavy meal. And as the waist of the average American is becoming increasing more and more, therapists are increasingly vocal about the need to control of food intake through hypnosis. And it's paying off. Over the past five years the number of hypnotherapists doubled. For many of them, hypnosis has become the last hope of losing excess pounds of weight.  The main effect of hypnotherapy aims to increase focus and concentration on the desires associated with appetite. This is akin to reading a good book, where the reader is plunged into action of the book, and the world disappears.

5. Smoking Cessation:
According to study of U.S. doctors, hypnotherapy helps to combat smoking of itself and in combination with other methods. The researchers observed the 67 heavy smokers who ended up in the hospital with heart or lung disease. All of them offered to give up smoking with hypnotherapy, substitution, or both methods simultaneously. Some preferred to stop smoking abruptly. At 26 weeks after discharge from the hospital, 50% of the people who choose hypnotherapy or hypnotherapy in combination with replacement therapy, still not smoke. Among the last substitution treatment, the figure was only 16%, and among the sharp stop smoking - 25%. The results were presented at the annual conference of physicians in Chicago, Illinois.

Final Words:
The effect of hypnotherapy has been proven by recent studies and researches. Hypnotherapy changes the perception of the people. Measurements of brain waves show better receptivity to suggestion and trance opens up a surprisingly simple way to health.

It can be very effective in relieving anxiety and panic disorders. It can also be cheaper than other forms of therapy, and it is certainly, in my opinion, better than drugs. There are techniques that are specific to the treatment of phobias and panic disorders
