Kinesiology
Kinesiology refers to the study of human movement. In this program, you will not only study of different human movements, but you will also learn about the impact of these movements on the health and well-being of individuals.

This course of study focuses on various sciences, including anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and neuroscience. You will discover how different types of movements impact the body in different ways and which movements provide optimal physical fitness.

The main goal of all of these programs is to provide those interested in working in the field of physical education with the skills, experience, and knowledge they need in order to successfully promote the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and staying physically fit.
